About
An adult hospitalist who believes good medicine begins with paying attention — to the details on the monitor and to the person in the bed.
Biography
Dr. Rahiba Noor is an adult hospitalist with Mary Washington Healthcare, where she cares for patients admitted to the hospital across a wide range of medical conditions. Her days are spent at the bedside — reviewing overnight changes, coordinating with specialists, and translating complex plans into language patients and families can actually use.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and completed her internship and residency in family medicine at Penn State Health in State College, Pennsylvania. That grounding in family medicine shapes how she practices today: she looks at the whole person and the life they'll return to, not only the reason they were admitted.
Dr. Noor practices with the Mary Washington Hospitalists team and is affiliated with the Mary Washington Health Alliance, working alongside a broad network of physicians and specialists throughout the Fredericksburg region.
